The Beginning

During a recent discussion of pet peeves, the conversation shifted from specific individual traits to those we find in our workplace.  Here’s a sampling of what was shared: 

  • No consistent methodology around performance reviews / No performance reviews
  • Clipping nails at desk or at cubicle (not just one, ALL of them)
  • Loud talkers / Hallway meetings
  • Pungent smelling food in work area (specifically eating it at common area desk)
  • Never speaking up in meetings with own ideas, but restating or rephrasing others ideas as own.
